Afinion ACR NycoCard

The NycoCard™ CRP is an immunochemical assay for the quantitative determination of C-reactive protein (CRP) in whole blood, serum and plasma. The measurement of CRP provides information for the detection and evaluation of infection, inflammatory disorders and associated diseases.

CRP point-of-care testing (POCT) provides information for the monitoring of infectious and inflammatory diseases and is an important point-of-care assay to help discriminate serious illness such as pneumonia from often self-limiting illness like acute bronchitis and other RTI.
