Cardiac pro BNP

The Roche CARDIAC proBNP test, specifically the NT-proBNP assay, is an in vitro diagnostic test used to measure the levels of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in blood samples, primarily to aid in the diagnosis and management of heart failure. It's used with the Roche cobas h 232 point-of-care device, making it a convenient tool for healthcare professionals. The test is also used in risk stratification for patients with acute coronary syndrome and monitoring therapy for patients with compensated left ventricular dysfunction.
